Karen Styles is an Australian quilt and fabric designer best known for her love of traditional, antique-inspired quilts and meticulous craftsmanship. As the founder of Somerset Patchwork & Quilting, she draws inspiration from 19th-century textiles, with a special passion for stars, hexagons, medallion layouts, and English Paper Piecing. With decades of experience, Karen has built an international following through her thoughtfully designed patterns, fabric collections, and her book Seams Like Yesterday, which celebrates classic quilt forms and timeless techniques.
