This pattern is a repeat of a simple block called “Moonstone”. In the “Fast Finish” version of this quilt, blocks are appliquéd to background fabrics to quickly create a larger quilt. In some versions, the blocks are joined together by Piece A Filler Octagons and Piece B Filler Diamonds. The beauty of Moonstone lies in the way that you lay out your blocks and the way you choose your fabrics.

Each of the different versions provides block, filler shape, and basic fabric requirements, as well as a line diagram so that you can plan your layout and fabric placement.
